I love my husband’s work wife. She is pretty funny especially when she embarrasses herself.
They were talking about how their kids keep sleeping with them.
Hubby: ”Sometimes in the morning it is us, Baby Bug and both of our dogs all in our bed.”
Work Wife: ”Wow! Sounds like your bed sees lots of action.”
He said she was so embarrassed she turned red and quickly changed the subject.

I try to think before I speak but I have certainly mispoke before. I can relate to the husband’s work-wife. It sucks to say something foolish to your boss though.

I understand why she felt embarrassed after saying that sentence, it really can imply something aside from the intended message.
