Occasionally I’m showing up to post a photo for the 30 Days of Photographs challenge with these peeps. Today’s prompt is Underwater. I’m feeling a bit underwater myself these days. We have all been sick. Discovered baby bug is extremely anemic which is resulting in all kinds of nutrient research (stuff I hate) and we celebrated 1 year of having a daughter on the same day we celebrated 10 years of marriage. Hubby took the morning off work and we headed to the beach for some family fun in the sun. It was awesome. Why do we live so close to the beach and go so seldom? I drew this in the sand. I’m sure it is underwater by now just like the past 10 years. Time to start building castles.
Back to researching iron rich foods my daughter might actually eat. Sigh.

That sand is so blue! I’ve lived with anemia for many years. Not a lot of fun. But I can think of worse things.

I just got some spirulina and was researching recipes. It is very iron rich… and there are people with videos on recipes using it that “even kids will eat!”
