I’m glad I didn’t let that tiny .4 weight increase take me down! This week I fought back with a vengence. I joined a new run club. It was a sacrifice. The minute I got to the track my husband texted me to tell me our daughter had started to walk. Sigh. I missed it. So I stayed and ran. It was good and I plan to keep going back. Must admit I am exhausted!! I worked my butt off and it showed on the scale.
This week I lost 3.4 pounds since last week for a total loss of 7.4 pounds.
I earned my first Mamavation 5lb loss button!!!
In addition, according to my strollercize measurements I’ve lost 3 inches on my waist and about an inch on my thighs, hip and arm in 2 weeks!
Thank you sistas for your support. I couldn’t have done it without you or my in real life workout partners. I did a practice 5K this morning and made it in 51:09 minutes. I didn’t think this was too bad considering I’ve only been back to training for 4 weeks and I had to stop 3 times to attend my fussy baby. I have my first 5K of 2013 on Friday. I’m hoping sans baby and stroller I’ll be able to put in a better time at the race.
Workout Schedule for the Week:
Mon – Strollercize
Tues – Spin and Run Club
Wed – Strollercize and Zumba Toning
Thurs – Spin
Fri – Strollercize and my 1st 5k of 2013!
Sat – Rest
Sun or Sat – Walk with Family
Go to bed before 10 PM every night but Monday.
Strollercize challenge of running 1 mile per day. I get to take my rest day on Thursday though since I’m racing Friday.
