It happens. I keep telling myself. It happens and I have to be stronger and keep on pushing. Time to put on my big (and I mean big) girl panties and see why I wasn’t successful this past week.
This week’s results:
Up .6 from last week but still down 4 from the beginning.
How did I do on last weeks goals?
Goals:
Giving up coffee – Yep! Made it a whole 7 days! This morning’s cup was delicious.
Go to bed before 10 PM every night but Monday – Nope! I did make it before Midnight every night so it is a little bit of a yep.
Joining new run club – Nope! Poor week can’t spend money.
Signing up for first 5K of 13in2013 – Nope! Poor week.
Not too bad considering I only failed two because they didn’t make the cut in the budget meeting. However, more sleep would help me. I drank lots of water and had hoped that would help the scale.
How did I do on my workout plan?
Workout Schedule for the Week:
Mon – Strollercize – Yep!!!! And got measured and started the challenge.
Tues – Spin and Run Club – Spin – Yes! Run Club – Nope but I missed an email from the coordinator and things were a bit confused.
Wed – Zumba Toning – Nope because music class ran late.
Thurs – Spin and Running – Spin – Yes. Run- Nope
Fri – Strollercize and Zumathon – Strollercize – Nope due to another appointment. Zumbathon – Yes for one hour and then 30 minutes of weights.
Sat – Run Club – Nope. I really need to up my running with all my races coming up.
Sun or Sat – Walk with Family – Nope.
I made about 1/2 my workouts. That could account for some of my gain.
Nothing to do but move on and keep moving on!

Tues – Spin and walk with a friend
Wed – Strollercize and Zumba Toning
Thurs – Spin and Running
Fri – Strollercize
Sat – Run
Sun or Sat – Walk with Family

Complete this week’s stollercize challenge of 5 minutes of morning and evening exercises.

I was not crazy about trying Zumba but I stick in the back and just have fun. Most the time I look like I’m trying to bring slam dancing back.
You’re doing a good job and half your workouts is better than a quarter of your workouts
And yes, things not fitting in your budget isn’t a failure, it’s patience!

I am amazed you survived the full seven days with no coffee.
Of course you’re not allowed to go to bed before 10pm on Monday nights, because you have to hang out with ME!
Oh, man. Sorry you weren’t able to join a new running club. And, I’m sorry you weren’t able to sign up for first 5K of 13in2013. Or meet all of your work out goals.
But, like you said, onward and upward!

There are so many strollercize groups now in my area it has become cut throat. They are talking over parks and having momma gang turf wars.
Great job on the coffee! Sometimes the hardest part is picking up the pieces when we have a less than stellar week – you had the choice of giving in to temptation or picking yourself back up and you chose picking back up!! That’s awesome!
